Effective date: 9 June 2026 · Provider: Mira ("Mira", "we") · Contact: support@miraastro.com
By using Mira you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
1. Who can use Mira
Mira is for adults 18+. By using it you confirm you are 18 or older.
2. What Mira is
Mira provides astrology, tarot, and AI-assisted content for reflection, self-discovery and entertainment. It does not provide predictions of the future, and is not medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. Do not rely on Mira for decisions requiring a qualified professional.
3. Your account & content
You're responsible for your account and for content you submit (including AI and expert chats). Don't post unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms or the AI & Community Content Policy.
4. AI & live experts
AI responses are generated and may be inaccurate or incomplete; treat them as reflection, not fact. Live experts offer support and reflection only, and may not give professional (medical/legal/financial) advice or solicit off-platform payments.
5. Subscriptions & payments
Premium is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through Google Play; billing, renewals and cancellations are handled by Google Play per your store account. See the Subscription Terms.
6. Intellectual property
Mira and its content are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app. You retain rights to content you create; you grant us a license to process it to operate the service.
7. Disclaimers & liability
Mira is provided "as is", without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Termination
You may stop using Mira anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or legal reasons.
9. Changes & governing law
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the provider is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
