Delete your account & data

You can ask us to delete your Mira account and the personal data associated with it at any time.

For immediate self-service deletion, sign in to Mira, open Settings → Account, and choose Delete account. You can also email support@miraastro.com from the address linked to your account (or include your account identifier) with the subject "Delete my account"; we verify email requests and process them within 30 days.

• Your account and profile (email/sign-in identifier, display name, chosen preferences).
• Your birth data (date, time, place of birth) used to compute your chart.
• Your AI companion and expert chat history.

We may keep a minimal record required by law or for fraud prevention, while the original billing provider may retain transaction records for tax and accounting. These records stay isolated from your profile and chat data. Deleting your Mira account does not cancel an Apple, Google Play, Paddle or Telegram subscription; cancel it with that provider first.
