Delete your account & data

You can ask us to delete your Mira account and the personal data associated with it at any time.

Email support@miraastro.com from the address linked to your account (or include your account identifier) with the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request and process it within 30 days.

• Your account and profile (email/sign-in identifier, display name, chosen preferences).
• Your birth data (date, time, place of birth) used to compute your chart.
• Your AI companion and expert chat history.

We may keep a minimal record required by law or for fraud prevention, and billing records that Google Play retains for tax/accounting — these are kept only as long as legally required and are isolated from your profile and chat data.
